What We Offer

Counselling with Jo

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My work is aligned with the BACP Ethical Framework and a commitment to safe, ethical practice that respects your agency, autonomy, and choices.

My approach is integrative, with a strong person-centred foundation. Rather than following a fixed way of working, I respond to your individual needs and to what emerges between us, allowing therapy to develop in a way that feels meaningful and most relevant to you.

We'll work at your pace. Whether you're feeling lost, overwhelmed, dissatisfied, or uncertain, my role is to support you as you reflect on your experiences and make sense of what is happening in your life.

My approach is solution-focused, strengths-based and collaborative.

I don't believe people need fixing.

I believe we already carry strengths, insights, and experiences that can move us forward. There are times when we may need the space, and support to explore what will help us move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

My role is to help you recognise your strengths and resources, trust in them, and use them intentionally to support your progress.

Creative Wellbeing Sessions

A colorful collage of various hand-drawn and cut-out hearts, flowers, and patterns, including geometric and abstract designs.

Our Creative Wellbeing Sessions are shaped around the needs and interests of the group.

Some explore a particular theme or issue, while others take a broader wellbeing focus.

Whatever the emphasis, there is always plenty of space for creative exploration and expression through arts‑based activities, creative writing and rhythm work.

We may also incorporate practices that support grounding and self‑connection, including mindfulness exercises, guided meditation, and simple self‑care techniques such as hand massage and reflexology.

Each session lasts 2 hours. We come to your venue, creating a supportive and engaging space within your own setting. The cost varies depending on the type of activities requested and the needs of your group.

Please get in touch if you’d like to know more or explore whether this might be a good fit for you or your group

Whether your team needs a morale boost, a reset, or a chance to reconnect, we offer a supportive, enjoyable space that encourages openness, strengthens relationships and enhances overall team effectiveness.

Sessions last between 2–3 hours.

You can book: One standalone session, or Two sessions back‑to‑back as a full‑day workshop.

Costs vary depending on the length of the session and the needs of your team or group.

Please note: prices do not include venue hire and a suitable space will need to be booked separately.
